Refunds are eligible for up to one hour after the time of purchase. To request a refund, please contact customer support with your order details within this timeframe.

To Start a Return or Exchange:
Email us at infor@stridely.shop with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing Time:
