Founder
Hello friends,
My healthcare journey didn't begin as a registered nurse. Like many others, I started from the ground up. I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and later earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become a Registered Nurse (RN). Today, I'm continuing that journey as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student, because I believe learning never stops when your goal is to serve others.
Throughout every stage of my career, I saw the same thing over and over: hardworking people putting everyone else first while ignoring their own health. Nurses, teachers, warehouse workers, first responders, retail employees, parents, and countless others would finish long days with tired legs, aching feet, and exhaustion—then wake up and do it all again.
I was one of them.
That's why I created Stridely.
Stridely isn't just about selling compression socks. It's about reminding people that taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's necessary. Our products are designed to support the people who spend their days caring for others, standing for hours, chasing goals, and showing up even when they're tired.
Every pair of socks, every wellness product, and every step we encourage through our community is built around one mission: to help hardworking people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
As a nurse, I've cared for patients. As a business owner, I hope to care for the people behind the uniforms, job titles, and daily responsibilities. Whether you're finishing a 12-hour shift, training for your next race, or simply trying to make healthier choices, I want Stridely to be a reminder that your well-being matters too.
Thank you for trusting us to be part of your wellness journey.
One step at a time,
Kharen Gonzaga, RN
