Stridely had the opportunity to be part of the 2026 Golf Tournament organized by the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest, and it was truly a day filled with connection, laughter, community, and support.

As a small, nurse-owned Filipino business, opportunities like this mean so much more to me than simply setting up a booth and selling our products. They give us a chance to meet the people behind our community, share the story and mission of Stridely, and connect with other entrepreneurs and organizations working hard to make an impact.

Every purchase matters to a small business, but so does every conversation.

Sometimes someone simply stops by and says, “I’ve seen Stridely before!” or asks me why I started the brand. Those little moments remind me that we are slowly building something bigger than products.

Stridely started with a simple idea: help hardworking people feel supported while they keep moving.

As a nurse, I know what it feels like to spend long hours standing, walking, and caring for others while sometimes forgetting to care for yourself. That experience became part of the reason I created Stridely and why wellness, movement, comfort, and community continue to be at the heart of what we do.

Supporting a Diverse Community

One of my favorite parts of today's event was seeing so many people from different backgrounds come together.

Community isn't just about being in the same room. It's about showing up for one another, supporting local businesses, creating opportunities, building relationships, and celebrating the diversity that makes our community stronger.

That is something Stridely will always stand behind.

As we continue to grow, I want Stridely to remain a brand that doesn't simply ask the community to support us. I want us to support the community right back.

Through our wellness events, community walks, partnerships, educational conversations, and future initiatives, we hope to continue creating spaces where people can move, connect, learn, and feel like they belong.

One Step at a Time

Building a small business isn't always glamorous. There are long days, lessons, mistakes, unexpected challenges, and plenty of figuring things out along the way.

But days like this remind me why I keep going.

Seeing people stop by our booth, hearing their stories, introducing someone to compression socks for the first time, and watching returning supporters come back to say hello makes the journey incredibly meaningful.

So, to the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest, thank you for organizing the 2026 Golf Tournament and for creating opportunities that bring businesses and our diverse community together.
